By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. Services
LuxNailzs provides beauty and personal care services. Appointments are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled with reasonable notice.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations. Please contact us directly if you have questions about a booking.
4. SMS Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages, LuxNailzs will send you appointment confirmations and reminders. Consent is not a condition of receiving services. Message frequency varies (typically 2–3 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.
5. Deposits & Payments
Some services require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing as described in Section 3.
6. Limitation of Liability
LuxNailzs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
